DILO high pressure weld-on pipe fittings are made using a tongue and groove face seal which does not permanently deform the seal areas and requires little immersion depth. This principle guarantees reusability regardless of how many times the fitting is being disconnected and permanent tightness at all permissible pressures, dynamic stresses, high temperatures and vacuum.

DILO HD Series pipe fittings are made of Carbon Steel C22 or stainless steel. They are manufactured in many pressure ranges and sizes matching avialble pipe material.

All fittings are subject to strict quality controls and are provided with inspection certificates according to EN 10204 (DIN 50049-3.1B).
