The Mini Plus is a fully functional portable oil-less SF6 gas-reclaiming cart designed for today’s smaller volume circuit breakers. It has all the features found on larger systems but remains compact and easy to operate. Fast recovery speed, combined with 99.6% gas recovery rate, and up to 230 lb on–board storage capacity (indefinitely extendable) are features that make the MINI Plus Series II the leader in its class.

Application
SF6 use in insulated switchgear is growing exponentially. At the same time, the amount each contains keeps getting smaller and smaller. The Compact Series SF6 gas carts are designed for these smaller applications. They meet or exceed world standards for purity of reclaimed SF6 AND are oil free. Their modular construction gives you the flexibility to "unplug" components should repairs ever become necessary. Even the trailer (optionally available) can be replaced if damaged. Functions
Compact models are full featured gas carts. They can perform all functions necessary to reclaim and purify SF6 gas to near new condition including
- Removal and storage of SF6 to achieve 99+% recovery
- Automatic cleansing during removal and filling.
- Flushing the gas compartment with ambient air, dry air, or nitrogen.
- Evacuation of gas compartment to remove air and moisture before filling.
- Refilling with reclaimed "near new" SF6 from the storage vessel or with new gas.

MRPS Process oriented control
The Compact Series is equipped with MRPS control process. This innovative design not only protects your workers but also the equipment itself, by preventing common SF6 contamination from human error. Our unique MRPS (Manual Routing and Processing System) allows each maintenance function to be set up visually with a combination of ball cocks and a superimposed flow diagram, all centrally located, at the operator's control station.
A unique combination of flow devices, manual valves, one way valves, and pressure activated solenoid valves operate in tune with one another to prevent incorrect gas flows -- even if ball cocks are left open by mistake. In addition, the MRPS design assures minimum human intervention once work has begun. After a work step is set up, it does not need any further input by the operator until that operation is completely finished. In fact, the cart can run completely unsupervised at this point.
