Description

The DILO 3-037-R050 moisture analyzer is a stand-alone device designed to quickly and accurately measure the amount of moisture present with the tested SF₆.

Because the unit contains an automatic flow and pressure control module, the user does not need to be concerned with setting the correct flow rate, or compensating for variations in equipment pressure. In fact, the device can handle up to 500 PSIG inlet pressures – making it a perfect fit for directly testing new cylinders, without the need for a (potentially contaminating) pressure regulator.

All readings are displayed real-time on the touch-screen display, in parts per million volume (PPM­v­), mass (PPM_v), and dew point in degrees Celsius.

The 3-037-R050 moisture measuring device has been designed, from the ground up, to be used on arced SF₆. Unlike conventional multi-gas hygrometers, the 3-037-R050 uses a specifically calibrated exclusive polymer-based sensor, designed around the unique characteristics (i.e. densities, molecular weights, and acidity) of faulted SF₆. Not only is the device consistently more accurate and reliable, but the typical long-term drift (and subsequent need for factory recalibration) associated with non gas-specific devices is all but eliminated*. Should calibration be required, the cartridge-type sensor can be removed and returned without the need to return the entire unit.
